All our Fish is fried in vegetable oil with the latest frying technology ensuring that we give you the healthiest Fish and Chips around.We only use White Fish such as the best Cod, Haddock, Plaice and Sea Bass as well as fabulous Salmon and Tuna and do not have any meat products or Shell Fish on our premises.
We also feel its really important to only ever use fish from sustainable sources.
